Security Application Products & Services

Gradkell began designing and developing information security solutions in 1991. The first implementation of Gradkell's digital signature system was the US Army Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS). The digital signature technology is integrated throughout CEFMS and is essential to the paperless environment of the system. Over 30,000 smart cards have been issued to Corps of Engineers employees for use with CEFMS. Over $30 Billion in paperless disbursements have been made in CEFMS, relying solely on the General Accounting Office sanctioned digital signature for authorization. Gradkell has implemented this digital signature technology into information systems for other government agencies. Gradkell drew upon this knowledge to create our flagship digital signature product, the DBsign® Data Security Suite, which provides drop-in integration of public key digital signature security for existing applications and databases. DBsign® is a cost-effective way (as little as $2 per user) to streamline operations, eliminate paper, and add security and accountability to financial applications, ERPs, B2B apps, etc.
