- Oracle® design and implementation services using the Designer/2000 and Developer/2000 toolset
- Systems security services (such as secret key, public key technology, firewalls, cryptographic methods, algorithms, and secure key storage devices)
- Governmental financial systems design, development, implementation and maintenance
- Programming services in current and legacy software development environments (such as C, C++, Visual C++, Java, MFC, Visual Basic, Cobol)

Note 1: The DBsign® Data Security Suite software is licensed per database application. The application (or system) to be protected by DBsign® stores its data in database. DBsign® may be used (accessed, but not copied) by any subdivision of the company or government agency that has access to the database application on which the software is loaded.
